Epsilon Instrumentation was formed on the 4th of June 1991. In 1991 we had identified the need for a service company that was dedicated to provide a comprehensive repair and calibration centre for industry throughout Victoria. Prior to the formation of Epsilon there had never been a company that could provide the range of services we now offer outside of Melbourne.

Our aim is to continue to set up and provide tailor made services to our customers in the process control field, from a NATA Certified calibration service, traceable calibration service, to a full and comprehensive repair service for all types of measuring and control elements.

Epsilon presently have the facilities in place to overhaul and repair all types of manual and automatic control valves, safety and pressure relief valves and carry out Certified traceable calibration on all types of measuring elements and equipment.

Epsilon is drawing on experiences of many years to expand our capabilities to include products sales, training and management programmes. We are also expanding our locations to have offices in Melbourne and plans to set up offices Australia wide to provide customers with the best customer service, substantiating our commitment to you the customer.

As part of Epsilon’s commitment to providing a quality service, we gained accreditation with Standards Australia to ISO-9001. Our accreditation was effective from the 1st of March 1994. Our license number is 2693. Epsilon also gained accreditation through NATA as a registered laboratory attaining ISO-17025 qualifications; our accreditation number is 14283. We believe that the high standards required by the NATA and ISO are the minimum requirements for a Quality Company that is committed to service.
