Quality Assurance Calibration Programs

One area in which we specialise is the design and delivery of Quality assurance calibration programs.  The system we have developed will ensure the full compliance with the requirements set out for I.M.& T.E. in the ISO-9000 and QS-9000 series of standards.

It is becoming more and more evident that quality control and the quality of the final product is of the paramount importance both for domestic and overseas markets.

The system we have developed covers the calibration, development of records, procedures of calibration, accurate calibration graphs and certificates, and control procedures to ensure that the calibration program is effective and the records of each individual instrument are easily accessible and understood.

The records for the program are delivered in three volumes, so that in the event of an external audit, proof can be given of the accuracy of your instrumentation and show the history of calibration for each instrument within the program.

The program can also be installed on your own network, and be readily accessible for auditing purposes.
